PHL Awards Contracts for Air Force’s C4ISTAR Capability

The Philippine government has awarded a couple of contracts for the acquisition of Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Information/Intelligence, Surveillance, Targeting Acquisition and Reconnaissance (C4ISTAR) system for the Philippine Air Force (PAF).
The Department of National Defense (DND) awarded Triton Communications Corporation C4ISTAR Phase 1 Lot 4 – UHF-FM Radio Communication System with contract price of PHP41.777 million.
The DND also awarded Rohde and Schwarz (Philippines) for the C4ISTAR Phase 1 Lot 2 – Ground-to-Air Radio Communication System with contract price of PHP39.85 million.
Secretary Delfin Lorenzana signed both notices of award on January 30.
